In the world of Google Maps, New York City Subway lines are now available as part of the NYC transit routes. Google set the cloud aflutter when The Telegraph posted an article about the mysterious and mythical town of Argleton. The fictitious town exists only on Google Maps and marks an empty field. No one at Google or their data provides could explain where the phantom map came from. Verizon debuted the Droid which completes completed with a free Turn-by-Turn Navigation System and Google Maps (review by Consumer Reports).
