For a comprehensive Florida GIS Data Resource site visit http://www.findgis.com

The site includes GIS sources, Data Download Sites, FTP sites for all 67 Counties and all 418 Incorporated Areas (Cities, Towns, Villages, etc.) where available in Florida. I also have links for the GIS divisions of multiple government agencies within the state including all 11 Regional Planning Councils and all 5 Water Management Districts.
