Best Practices in GIS

ESRI has started a series of downloadable PDF files documenting best practices in a variety of industries. ESRI plans to add extensively to this collection in 2007.

    The ESRI document I skimmed (Customer and Market Analytics) seemed more to be a series of success stories where some organization used one or more ESRI products than anything that outlined best practices.
